"I think it helps the soybean be more drought tolerant, [...] and gather moisture from places when you don't have it."

"FROM 3 TO 8 BU/ACRE ON MOST SOYBEAN FIELDS"

KEVIN’S PROFILE

"I'm pretty passionate about agriculture. I mean, it was what I was raised in all my life, growing up on the farm with my dad and my grandfather. It's [...] a way of life that I was drawn to. It's a very rewarding field to be in I believe. It can be very tough. It really builds character, but it's something that's very rewarding in the end.

I'm Kevin Ross. I farm in Essex County. It's the southernmost county in southwestern Ontario. We farm corn, soybeans and wheat in our rotation."

HOW AGTIV® HELPED WITH DROUGHT WEATHER

"I would say some of our largest challenges on the farm is weather. Mitigating the weather from years, season to season and year to year [...] it can be quite a challenge.

I think the AGTIV® product can help me with the challenges of weather in my soybean fields, because I think it helps the soybean be more drought tolerant, and handle those stresses in the season from time to time, and gather moisture from places when you don't have it.

So my main goal when I first started using the product [was] to hopefully increase yields and plant health, which, in turn, would help with yield. And that was sort of the main goal, and to cover the costs of adding the extra product."

AGTIV®: AN EASY-TO-USE PRODUCT DELIVERING YIELD

"When applying the AGTIV® product, I found the liquid product that I was using very easy to use. It dissolves in water very well, easily handled, easily stored.

The Premier Tech support I've received has been top-notch. Right from the dealer help, all the way to the area managers and so on and so forth, it's been very helpful.

So far with the AGTIV® product, I've been quite happy. I've seen anywhere from three to eight bushels per acre on most soybean fields. The higher end would be on the years where we are lacking rainfall, and it's drought."

"I've been very happy and continue to use them."
