AGTIV® REACH® P SPECIALTY CROPS is an endomycorrhizal inoculant compatible with most vegetable and fruit crops. This product is ideal for mixing with seeds at planting time.

Description

  • Size: 500 g (1.1 lb)
  • Ingredients: Mycorrhizae, kaolin clay
  • Particle Size: < 1 mm (18 mesh)
  • Bulk Density: 275 g/L (0.7 lb/US dry qt)

Directions for use

Mixing with seeds at planting time

At planting time, mix evenly with seeds. Ensure uniform seed coverage is obtained. The product formulation may "bulk up" seeds. It is important to calibrate the planter to ensure correct planting rate is attained (shown in table below).

Recommendations

  • Seed within 8 hours after coating;

  • Do not freeze or expose to temperatures above 35°C (95°F);

  • Store the product at constant temperature at all times;

  • At seeding time, avoid using AGTIV® with wet equipment;

  • When seeding, ensure full seed-soil contact to minimize any desiccation of the mycorrhizal inoculant;

  • Refer to the complete list of compatible pesticides.

Storage and handling

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Do not freeze or expose to temperatures above 35°C (95°F)
  • Avoid severe temperature variation
  • Close tightly after use
  • Respect the best before date
  • Avoid prolonged inhalation of dust. Use of a dust mask when handling is recommended.

Plant compatibility 

* The following plant families cannot be colonized by the fungus contained in AGTIV® REACH® P SPECIALTY CROPS:

  • Brassicaceae (broccoli, cabbages, cauliflower, radish, rutabaga, watercress)
  • Chenopodiaceae (beets, spinach)
  • Ericaceae (blueberries, cranberries)
